Our ADULT STRETCH (Open) class is for anyone who is looking to maintain their flexibility, strength, and balance. This class is fantastic for anyone who needs assistance in slow stretching or muscle strengthing after injuries.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Join us in a relaxed class, as we focus on stretching out each part of the body, along with some gentle strength and conditioning exercises.
