Our Adult Aerobics Dance (60+) class is designed for older adults of all experience levels - whether you’re brand new to dance or have enjoyed moving to music in the past. This class encourages you to move comfortably at your own pace while supporting your overall fitness and wellbeing. Get ready to have fun, stay active, and groove to your favourite classic hits - all while barely noticing you’re exercising! In this class you will; • Enjoy simple jazz inspired movements adapted for all abilities • Reduce stress and lift your mood through dance • Improve rhythm, timing, and confidence in movement • Boost cardiovascular health and overall endurance • Strengthen your whole body with low-impact, enjoyable routines • Learn to link easy dance steps together into upbeat mini-routines What to bring; • Wear comfortable activewear and sneakers • Bring a water bottle & towel If you don't have dance shoes, you are welcome to wear any closed-in supportive shoes. 2.3 All purchases for Studio Classes are final and non-refundable. Studio Classes cannot be shared, extended or transferred. 2.4 Bookings for term classes are only valid for the dates selected when booking. No refunds, exchanges or transfers will be made if you are unable to attend a class during our term dates selected when you make your purchase.
